This is an application for withdrawal of amount of Rs. 60,29,611/- deposited by the appellant in the Court towards the compensation as awarded by the Reference Court.

Learned counsel for appellant has no objection for withdrawal of 50% of the said amount subject to filing usual undertaking.

In view thereof, the application is allowed.

Respondent-applicant no.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation with proportionate interest accrued thereon, subject to condition of filing usual undertaking in the Court.

Application is disposed of.
