DATED : AUGUST 20, 2019 Mr. Dafle, learned counsel for applicant, submits that during the pendency of present application, the investigating agency has filed charge-sheet before the Court of law. He, therefore, submits that applicant be permitted to withdraw the present application to file an application for bail, afresh before trial Court, in the changed circumstance. In view of filing of charge-sheet, which is a change in circumstance, applicant is permitted to file an application for grant of bail, afresh before trial Court by withdrawing present application. It is made clear that this Court has not considered the present application on its own merit.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
