Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in this petition is identical to the controversy involved in Writ Petition No.3150/2024, which is decided finally by judgment dated 08-07-2025 along with connected petitions. It is also pointed out that judgment dated 08-07-2025 in Writ Petition No.3150/2024 with connected matters, was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Special Leave Petition (SLP) came to be dismissed on 17-09-2025.

Considering the fact that the controversy involved in this petition is identical, for the reasons mentioned in judgment dated 08-07-2025 in Writ Petition No.3150/2024, this petition can be disposed of and there is no reason to take a different view. 4.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
