IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
NAGPUR BENCH : NAGPUR CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 2494 OF 2005 (Vaishali Indrajeet Bhagat vs. Nagpur University, Nagpur & Ors.) Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders Court's or Judge's orders or directions and Registrar's orders.
CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & A.P. BHANGALE, JJ.
JANUARY 12, 2015.
Heard Shri Bhattad, learned counsel for the petitioners.
The Registry has reported that R. & P. is not traceable. The counsel for the petitioner had expressed difficulty in assisting the Registry in reconstruction of record. The pursis was filed on 27.04.2010 informing that challenge was rendered infructuous as the petitioner was permitted to appear in examinations and results were also declared.
Shri Bhattad, learned counsel, today reiterates the stand in pursis. According to him, not only the result of examination in question but subsequent examinations are also cleared by the petitioner. In this situation, we dispose of the challenge as infructuous. However, as the records are not traceable, it is made clear that this order shall not come in the way of any of the parties and contentions of the parties including the respondents are kept open.
