Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach again.

Learned A.G.P. points out that there is no scope for granting any liberty.

We find that the petitioner left his earlier services and joined new employment. Prayer in the petition is to continue him on the post of lecturer in Mechanical Engineering.

In present facts, we do not find need to grant any liberty. Hence, we dispose of the petition as withdrawn, with liberty to petitioner to take such other steps as may be open in law. No costs.
