The allegation against the applicant is that he has committed murder of one person.

After hearing the matter for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant, Shri Jaltare, the learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for grant of bail before the trial court. Permission is granted. 4.

Criminal Application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application for grant of bail before the trial court, if the
