Criminal Application (APL) Nos. 880 and 980 of 2022 By present applications, the applicants are seeking to quash FIR registered in terms of order dated 22-6-2022 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parsioni, District Nagpur. The application viz. Criminal Application (APL) No. 880/2022 was listed on 6-7-2022, when the Court, while issuing notice, granted stay to the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 22-6-2022 and also the investigation. The matters were then listed on 2-4-2025. None appeared for the applicants on that day. Similar is the status
