The applicant, apprehending arrest in crime registered against him for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has sought pre-arrest bail.

Shri S.P. Deshpande, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has pointed out from paragraph 3 of the order passed by the Sessions Court that other complaints of similar nature are registered against the applicant and co-accused Akshay. The applicant has not made any statement in the application about his criminal antecedents.

For want of necessary details, the application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file fresh application giving all the details, if so advised. CRI.APPLN.(APPP) NOS. 1025/2017 & 1026/2017.
