The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 96/2018 registered with the Police Station Saoner, Tahsil Saoner, District Nagpur for offence punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 341, 294, 506, 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code.
My attention is invited to the order dated 27.04.2018 in Criminal Application (ABA) 236/2018, by and under which, this court granted anticipatory bail to co-accused Gulab Khaire. Anticipatory bail is sought on the principle of parity.
It is not controverted that the case of the present applicant cannot be distinguished from that of co-accused Gulab Khaire, who is granted anticipatory bail by this court. In this view of the matter, the application is allowed. In the event of arrest the applicant shall be released on bail on executing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with a solvent surety of the like amount.
