O R D E R
(Passed on 13.12.2025) 1.
When the matter is called up today in the National Lok-Adalat, the parties have placed on record joint pursis dated 13/12/2025 contending that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The said pursis is signed by learned counsel for the appellant Shri V. H. Kedar, Law Officer of the Transport Corporation Shri Rohit M. Kashyap duly authorised by the Divisional Controller, S. T. Chandrapur who is present before the LokAdalat and Shri M. B. Joshi, learned counsel for the respondent. 2.
Smt Ramabai Vijay Shendre-respondent is present before us. We have interacted with her. She is identified by her counsel Shri M. B. Joshi. 3.
Both the parties present have contended that the aforesaid pursis is signed by them along with their respective counsel. They are agreeable to the terms mentioned in the pursis. Pursis is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The petitioner-Transport Corporation in accordance with the aforesaid pursis, agrees to pay 10% amount i.e. Rs.26,135/- to the respondent within a period of six weeks from today so also to appoint the son of the petitioner viz. Vicky Vijay Shendre on the post of Safai Kamgar within a period of one month from today.

In view of pursis dated 13/12/2025, the writ petition is disposed of as settled between the parties.
