Heard.

Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.128 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 143, 147, 148, 149, 427, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, the applicants seek pre-arrest bail. The facts on record show that Regular Civil Suit No.19 of 2014 is filed by Chakradhar against the present applicants and it is pending. The applicants claim that Chakradhar (husband of the complainant) had assaulted wife of present applicant No.2 Bhagwan and lodged a false complaint against the applicants.

This Court has granted interim protection to the applicants by order passed on 27th June, 2017. The Investigating Agency has not complained that the applicants have misused the interim protection granted by this Court.

2 aba454.17 In the facts of the case, the order passed by this Court on 27th June, 2017 granting interim protection to the applicants is confirmed.

The application is allowed accordingly.
