During course of hearing, it was found by this Court that on 5.4.2021 this matter was listed before this Court (Coram : Prasanna B.Varale & N.B.Suryawanshi, JJ.) and on the same day learned counsel for the applicant made a statement before the Court that as per instructions received by him the applicant has filed an application before the competent Court for discharge and the same is rejected. 4.

In this view of the matter, the criminal application for quashing of the chargesheet is required to be .....2/-
