Heard Shri P.A. Gode, learned Counsel for petitioner, Mrs. B.H. Dangre, learned G.P. for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 5 and Shri V.A. Dhabe, learned Counsel for intervenors.

We pass the following order with consent :

(1)The Administrator appointed in furtherance of the impugned order dated 07.07.2015, shall look after only day to day affairs without taking any major policy or financial decision.

(2)Petitioners and all other affected fractions shall be given opportunity of hearing by the

Order 0610wp4151.15 respondent no.1 and a fresh order in terms of Government Resolution dated 09.03.2004 shall be passed.

(3)We direct the petitioners as also the intervenors to appear before the respondent no.1 for said purpose on 26.10.2015. A fresh decision shall be taken within next two months.

(4)Liberty to Collector, to move this Court if any occasion for taking a major policy or /and financial decision arise.

Leaving all other contentions open, and with these directions, we dispose of the Petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
