The petitioners/ employer takes exception to the interim order passed by the Industrial Court directing the employer to pay minimum wages to the complainant till disposal of the complaint filed by her. According to the employer, regular work is not available for the respondent No.1-employee. The impugned order is dated 30th April, 2016. The petitioners have not been diligent in prosecuting the petition.

In the above facts, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

The petition is dismissed. No costs.
