Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in this case is covered by the judgment dated 27.6.2022 delivered in Writ Petition No.4120/2019 (Maharashtra Rajya Kayam Vina-Anudanit Varishta Mahavidyalaya Kruti Samiti V/s. State of Maharashtra and others). Learned Assistant Government Pleader has not disputed this submission. We are

also satisfied that the issue involved in this petition and also in Writ Petition No.4120/2019 both are same and identical and, therefore, we declare that the words used in orders dated 14.7.2009, 15.7.2010, 2.7.2012, 15.6.2012 and 4.3.2014 "permanent no grant basis" would only mean that there is no denial of grant permanently and there is a possibility of making available grants in future in accordance with law and the policy that may be formulated by the State Government on improvement of the State's financial condition and other relevant circumstances.
