By order dated 04.07.2022 this Court had directed the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of six months. By the present application, the respondent is seeking further time to decide the caste claim. Since, during the interregnum, the two districts were bifurcated and cases were to be identified district wise, we grant further three months time to the respondent to decide the caste claim of the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
