or directions and Registrar's orders.

Shri J. R. Kidilay, Advocate for petitioner.

Shri S. D. Deshmukh, Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 4. CORAM : A.S.CHANDURKAR, J.

DATE : JUNE 24, 2015 The orders dated 12/12/2013 passed below Exhibit-80 and dated 11/03/2014 passed below Exhibit-85 are under challenge. In so far as order passed below Exhibit-80 is concerned, in view of the fact that defendant Nos.1 and 2 have denied custody of two consent deeds, rejection of said application cannot be faulted. It is always open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps while leading evidence in that regard.

In so far as order passed below Exhibit-85 is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner states that correctness of said order would be challenged in appeal if occasion for the same arises.

Hence writ petition stands disposed of by observing that it is open for the petitioner to challenge the correctness of order dated 11/03/2014 passed below Exhibit-85 in appeal if the occasion arises.
