As per the learned counsel for the applicant while passing the order dated 07.07.2022 a statement of the learned ASGI has wrongly recorded to the effect that "the learned ASGI has fairly stated that, presently there is nothing on record to show that, the alleged property derived or obtained directly or indirectly by the applicant as a result of criminal activity relating to the scheduled offence", in paragraph No.-47. Accordingly, paragraph No.47 of the order dated 07.07.2022 be deleted and the order be uploaded a fresh.
