DATE : 01-08-2022 Since Mr. Karode, learned Counsel for the petitioner, at this juncture, does not press the petition in respect of the orders dated 28-6-2022 passed by respondent no.1 as well as the order dated 14-01-2022 passed by respondent 2 and is seeking expeditious trial of the Revenue Appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 107 of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Land (Vidarbha Region) Act, 1958, there is no necessity to issue notice to the respondent nos. 3 to 14 who already are the respondents to the appeal.

The petition is dismissed as not pressed for the reasons above.

Needless to mention that the learned Sub-Divisional Officer i.e respondent no.1 shall decide the Tenancy Appeal bearing no-TNC-107/Balegaon/04/20212022 (pg 86), pending
