DATE : October 07, 2022 The challenge raised in this writ petition is to the order of oral termination effected on 01/07/2016 whereby discontinuing the engagement of the petitioner as a Special Teacher. During pendency of the proceedings the petitioner filed an affidavit in which it was stated that she was willing to accept the said appointment as a Special Teacher on the vacant post. Accordingly time was granted to the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to take necessary steps in that regard. Affidavit has now been filed by the respondent Nos.4 and 5 in which it has been stated that the petitioner has been issued an order appointing the petitioner as Special Teacher from 29/09/2022. It is further stated that the proposal seeking approval to her appointment has been sent to the District Social Welfare Officer.
In view of aforesaid, we find that the purpose of filing the writ petition is served. The District Social Welfare Officer shall consider the proposal for grant of approval in accordance with the Rules. Writ Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
