Civil Application (F) No.2678/2017:

This is an application filed by the original claimant-respondent for withdrawal of the amount of compensation.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and respondents are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited in the Court with interest accrued thereon subject to furnishing usual undertaking.

Learned counsel for both the parties submit that there are chances of amicable settlement of the matter between the parties. Hence, office is directed to place this appeal before next Lok Adalat along with First Appeal No.963/2016.
