DATE : 21.7.2015 Smt. Bharti Dangre, the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submits that the ballot papers are already printed and the electronic voting machines are sent for sealing. It is submitted that the petitioners are challenging the order passed on 13th July, 2015 and there is no explanation in the petition to justify the delay and latches on their part. I find substance in the objection taken by the learned Government Pleader. Keeping the issues raised by the petitioner open, the petition is disposed of. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
