DATED : 24th JULY, 2015 Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties. Perused the contents of the application. It is stated on behalf of the applicant that there is some delay in depositing the amount and the same has been deposited on 22/6/2015. It is stated that the time to deposit the amount should be extended till that date. The learned Counsel for the non-applicant states that the entire amount has not been deposited. We are, however, not considering that issue in this civil application. We extend the time to deposit the amount as directed by the order dated 16/01/2015, till 22/6/2015. The civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
