After hearing learned counsel for the applicant for some time and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination for grant of bail. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with request to expedite the trial.

Considering the circumstances, under which the alleged incident has taken place, though this Court is aware about the huge pendency before the trial Court, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and shall dispose of the trial expeditiously within one year.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per Rule.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
