The State has filed reply and it is stated in paragraph No.5 of the said reply as under:

"It is submitted that the petitioner again appeared on 24.5.2021 before learned Executive Magistrate, Lakadgang Zone, Nagpur in Case No.281/2020 and furnished final bond before the Executive Magistrate, Lakadganj Zone, Nagpur for maintaining peace. The final bond was accepted by the Executive Magistrate, .....2/-

wp604.20 9 Lakadganj Zone, Nagpur and Chapter proceedings bearing Case No.281/2020 was disposed of on 24.5.2021".

In view of disposal of the case, learned Additional Public Prosecutor is right that nothing survives in this writ petition.

The criminal writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
