Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the following order is passed :

(i) The Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Nagpur shall decide the reference CGIT No.75/2018-19 as early as possible and in any case within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(ii) The CGIT shall decide the reference on its own merits without being influenced by the order impugned.

(iii) The pendency of reference shall not operate as a bar for the respondent or contractor to Prity

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
