The petitioner challenges order of transfer out of Andhalgaon on the ground that it is just within 11 months. However, fate of the post occupied at Andhalgaon is not brought on record. The petitioner was heard by this Court on 20th June, 2018 and then adjourned to today to enable the petitioner to place on record necessary facts. 2.

The learned counsel is not in a position to point out the fate of the said post. The only contention raised is, husband of the petitioner is in private employment and new posting given to the petitioner is beyond 30 kms. of his place of work.

As the transfer of husband cannot be controlled by the respondents before this Court, we are not in a position to pass any orders in this respect. If the petitioner has got any grievance she can make appropriate representation to her employer after joining the transferred place. 4.

With these observations, we dispose of the petition. No costs.
