Heard Shri P.S. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri S.P. Deshpande, learned Additional GP for the respondent No. 1 and Shri M.G. Rathi, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3.

In view of directives issued by the State Government and orders dated 05.12.2016 in Writ Petition No.6076 of 2016, Shri Rathi, learned counsel states that the petitioners shall not be disturbed and will be permitted to work at their existing place till 02.05.2017. Shri Patil, learned counsel submits that in view of this statement, the grievance of the petitioners is redressed.

In view of this position, without observing anything on merits of the controversy, by recording statement made by respondent Nos. 2 & 3, we dispose of the present writ petition as infructuous. No order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
