Heard.

The applicant is arrested on 28th April, 2017 in crime registered against him and three others for the offences punishable under Sections 294, 323, 324, 354, 427, 452 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4/25 of the Arms Act and Sections 3(1)(r)(s)(t)(w)(i)(ii) of Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The crime is registered on the complaint of Sau. Roshani Mayur Sadar that because of opposition of the applicant for tying the Camel on road by the accused, the accused entered into the house of the complainant, misbehaved with her and damaged the idols and portraits as stated in the complaint.

The applicant is aged about 19 years and has stated that he is not involved in any other crime/offence. The charge-sheet is filed. The non-applicant has not been able to

2 ba569.17 show that the custody of the applicant is required for further investigation.

Considering the facts of the case and the nature of accusations against the applicant, the following order is passed :

The applicant having been arrested in Crime No.126 of 2017 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on executing P. R. Bond for Rs.20,000/- and furnishing two solvent sureties in the like amount. One of the surety shall be furnished by father of the applicant. The applicant shall not enter the Ramabai Ambedkar Nagar, Old City, Akola till the trial concludes. The application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE PBP
