While granting anticipatory bail, this court directed the applicant to attend Police Station Rajapeth, Amravati every Wednesday between 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. till the charge-sheet is filed.

Even after more than a year, the investigating agency has not filed the charge-sheet.

In this view of the matter, the applicant shall attend the Police Station Rajapeth, Amravati as and when required by the investigating officer.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
