By this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking correction as to the name of the learned Advocate for the applicant in the judgment dated 05/06/2023.

Inadvertently, the name of the learned Advocate for the applicant is shown as Shri S.A. Thakre, Advocate instead of S.M.Thakre. The correction being typographical mistake be corrected.

By this application, the applicant/appellant is also seeking correction as to the observation in paragraph Nos. 15 and 17. While passing the judgment, the Court has observed that the claimant is entitled to receive compensation after adding 10% escalation per year.

Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submitted that, that escalation is to be directed and to be given from the date of notification. For that purpose, it is necessary to hear the parties and it cannot be corrected under the speaking to minutes.
