Heard.

The applicant is arrested on 27th May, 2017 in crime registered against him and six others (son and nephew of the applicant) for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 149, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the Investigating Agency, the applicant alongwith his family members,and the complainant alongwith his family members assembled at the house of the applicant to amicably work out the dispute between son of the applicant and sister of the complainant (who are married), however, after some discussion, the applicant and his family members started assaulting the complainant and his family members.

Sheikh Amin (son of the applicant) has also lodged the complaint against other side.

2 ba570.17 The applicant, aged about 75 years, is in jail since 27th May, 2017.

The non-applicant has not been able to point out that the custody of the applicant is required for further investigation.

Considering the facts of the case and the nature of the accusations against the applicant, following order is passed :

The applicant having been arrested in Crime No.119 of 2017 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on executing P. R. Bond of Rs.20,000/-. The application is allowed accordingly.
