Shri C.A. Lokhande, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal to seek redressal of his grievances raised in the writ petition. He however submits that the interim order passed on 27.07.2022 be continued for a short period.
The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to avail the alternate remedy in accordance with law. For a period of two weeks from today, the interim order granted on 27.07.2022 shall continue to operate. The Tribunal shall consider the petitioners' prayer for interim relief on its own merits without being influenced by continuation of the interim order. All points raised in the writ petition are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of.
