Prayer is to recall order date 10.07.2015, dismissing Writ Petition No. 1456/2001 in default and to restore that Writ Petition. Learned counsel for the applicant upon instructions states that in writ petition only protection to employment is being pressed. 3.

Reasons for absence are supported by personal affidavit of counsel. Order dated 10.07.2015

Order 2109mca848.15 is, therefore, recalled and Writ Petition No. 1456/2001 is restored back to file. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective respondents waive notice on restoration.
