It is stated that the Zilla Parishad has filed a review against the order in appeal and the same is pending. It is, however, stated on behalf of the respondent that the respondent is ready to give an offer to the petitioner to be placed at any of the vacant posts in the district and the petitioner may give her option for the posting in one of the vacant posts. It is stated that the petitioner cannot be permitted to work as a nurse in Shivrajpur Sub Centre, Primary Health Centre, Kurud as the Gram Panchayat of the said village had passed a resolution that the petitioner should not be permitted to work as a nurse in the Sub Centre. Shri Sudame, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner may be given the option to accept the posting at one of the places where the posts are vacant. The petitioner is permitted to appear before the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad on 28/09/2015 to give the option for posting at one of the Sub Centres, where there is vacancy.

cp207.15 2/2 Since the Zilla Parishad is ready to post the petitioner at the place where the posts are vacant, as per the choice of the petitioner, it would be necessary to dispose of the contempt petition. The contempt petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
