Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that applicant is ready to deposit entire amount awarded by the Reference Court along with interest accrued therein within eight weeks with this Court.

In view of the above, there shall be stay to the execution of impugned judgment and order dated 25.10.2023

2 149 caf 2188-2025 in LAC No.1473/AMT/AMT/2020 passed by Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur subject to deposit of the entire amount within eight weeks failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
