Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant on merits of the matter.

This Court had dismissed Writ Petition No.6832/2014 on 13/02/2015. The said petition challenged the order passed by the Additional Collector condoning the delay caused in filing an appeal, which was further confirmed by the Commissioner in revision.

cao.1354.15 2/2 The learned Counsel for the applicant has placed reliance upon the decision of this Court in Rajkumar Pundlikrao Zape and others vs. Shantaram Amrutrao Waghmare and others, in support of his plea that the Commissioner should have recorded separate reasons. This Court has already taken into consideration the fact that the Commissioner has not recorded the detailed reasons. Hence, no case is made out for an error apparent on the face of record.
