Heard. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 26.06.2015 passed by the Commissioner, State Information Commission in the Second Appeal preferred by the petitioner. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the order dated 19.01.2013 passed by the first appellate Authority was not complied and even then the Second Appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

Shri M. Vairgade, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 to 4 has relied on affidavit dated 07.03.2016. He however, submits on instructions that the information that has been directed to be supplied as per the order passed by the first appellate authority dated 19.01.2013 with regard to Item Nos. 4 to 10 along with photo copies of the measurement book would be supplied to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today. In view of this statement Shri Sohoni, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that

1406wp4939.15 the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed. Thus, by accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 4 the following order is passed:

The respondent nos. 2 to 4 shall supply the information that has been directed to be supplied as per Item Nos. 4 to 10 along with the photo copies of the measurement book referred to in order dated 19.01.2013 within a period of six weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid directions with no order as to costs.
