This Court was not inclined to grant bail considering the serious role played by the applicant in the assault.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application unconditionally.

However, if there is no significant progress or development in the trial in the next nine months, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach the learned Sessions Judge for bail which prayer shall be decided on its own merits.
