What is under challenge is an order issuing process in a private complaint case.

In view of the law laid down by the apex Court in Urmila Devi..vs..Yudhvir Singh, 2013 (15) SCC 624 wherein it is held that remedy of revision is available, I do not find any merit in the present application.

That being so, I make the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.467/2015 is dismissed reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to apply for revision before the Sessions Court. JUDGE kahale
