By this application, the applicant - wife is seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceedings bearing No.78/2022 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhandara to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Hinganghat, District Wardha.

As per the contention of the applicant, she is legally wedded wife of the non-applicant and their marriage was solemnized on 17/05/2020. After marriage, she resumed cohabitation but was not treated well. It is further contention of the applicant that, on the contrary the non-applicant/husband has filed a petition for divorce. The distance between Hinganghat and Bhandara is 150 kilometers and she is facing hardship and harassment to attend the proceedings at Bhandara.

The said application is not opposed by the nonapplicant. Learned Counsel for the non-applicant/
63.mca.469.2022.odt husband filed a Pursis stating that the non-applicant has no objection to transfer the marriage petition from Bhandara to Hinganghat. Said Pursis is also signed by the non-applicant.

In view of no objection of the non-applicant, there is no hurdle to transfer the petition from Bhandara to Hinganghat.

In view of that, the application is allowed.
7.
The Hindu Marriage Petition No. 78/2022 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhandara is transferred to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Hinganghat, District Wardha.

The application stands disposed of.
