ATE : NOVEMBER , 2024 WRIT PETITION NO. 3651 OF 2021 1) Mr.Vaishnav, learned on instructions, makes a statement that all the terminal benefits except the travelling allowance have been received by the petitioner. In respect of the travelling allowance, he invites our attention to the communication dated 03/05/2018 (page 26) in which the entitlement of the petitioner for travelling allowance is not disputed and all that is said is that on account of paucity of funds it could not be paid.

2) In that view of the matter, we dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.2, to make the payment of the travelling allowance to the petitioner within two weeks from today, if already not paid.

CONTEMPT PETITION NO.230 OF 2021 In view of what has been recorded while disposing of Writ Petition No.3651/2021 the contempt stands purged. Notice is discharged.
