By this application the applicant is seeking for condonation of delay of 7 days in filing restoration application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. 4.

This is an application for restoration of Misc. Civil Application bearing St. No.7608 of 2022 by setting aside the order of refusal of registration dated 23.06.2022.

It reveals that for non-removal of office objection, the registration has been refused. The applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within two weeks from today.

In view of the above, the impugned order dated 23.06.2022 regarding refusal of registration, is hereby set aside.

The applicant is permitted to remove all office objections within a period of two weeks. It is hereby clarified that the time will not be extended in any eventuality unless this Court has extended time in an exceptional cases.
