DATED : 20-01-2021 The petition is directed against the order dated 12-11-2020 rendered by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur below Exhibit 113 in Criminal Appeal 344/2019.
2.
The order impugned allows the prayer for adjournment subject to the condition that the order of access to the child be strictly complied with. 3.
I do not see any error in the order impugned. 4.
However, since both the learned Counsel submit that rather than recording a decisive finding, it would be appropriate if Criminal Appeal 332/2019 and Criminal Appeal 344/2019 are finally decided, as expeditiously as possible. Both the learned Counsel State that the appeals are ripe for hearing and are on the board on 21-1-2021. 5.
The learned Judge is requested to hear the final
2 wp607.20 arguments in Criminal Appeal 332/2019 and Criminal Appeal 344/2019 within two weeks and to pass final orders in the next two weeks.
6.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
