This is an Applification for withdrawal of the amount of ficompensation.

For the reasons disficlosed in the Applification, the Applificant/Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% amount of ficompensation upon furnishing an undertaking that if any adverse order is passed, the Applificant/Respondent No.1 shall redeposit the same as shall be direficted and remaining 50% amount of ficompensation is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/seficurity to that extent. 3.

The Applification stands allowed and disposed of in the above terms.
