DATE : 20-01-2025 Since Mr. Marathe, learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, makes a statement that the petitioner would not be claiming any benefit on account of the change of date of birth in the service record, the proposal for grant of pension, has already been forwarded by the Head Master, to the Education Officer based upon the fact that the petitioner has superannuated on 28-2-2023, which will have now to be processed by the respondent No.4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, upon instructions, makes a statement that the proposal would be forwarded to the A.G. office today itself and shall be processed and cleared within a period of fifteen days from today.

Accepting the statement, the petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid statement.
