PIL.23.21 out various developmental works creating better facilities in the School for the benefit of the student-community at large and expressed its satisfaction over such efforts taken by Zilla Parishad. This Court, however, kept the petition pending for the purpose of monitoring and considering the report of the Zilla Parishad as to the utilization of the amount of 1.5 crores in the light of the affidavit ₹ filed. This Court had also expressed its hope that the petitioners who have committed to contribute some funds for the benefit of the school, would keep their words.

While the Zilla Parishad has kept its words and it can be seen from what is stated in its latest affidavit dated 17.06.2022. In this detailed affidavit, Zilla Parishad, Bhandara has given an assurance that various works enlisted in the chart given in the affidavit, would be undertaken and completed within a reasonable period of time. However, the petitioners have not kept up their assurance. Be that as it may, the detailed affidavit filed by Zilla Parishad, Bhandara serves the purpose of the petition and, therefore, this petition stands disposed of in terms of the said affidavit. [G.A.
