DATE : 05/08/2025 Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the entire compensation amount along with interest deposited by the appellant in the Court, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has no objection, as the appeal was disposed of on 30.04.2023. 2.
Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application as well as no objection of the appellant, the application is allowed as prayed in terms of the prayer clause (i) and (ii).

Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transfer the amount of compensation along with accrued interests thereon in the joint account of the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 as mentioned in paragraph 7 of the application, as per the award, within five weeks.
