The present application is filed for restoration of criminal appeal by the appellant. The appeal came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections. It is submitted that due to inadvertent mistake on the part of learned Counsel for appellant, the office objections remained to be removed and resultantly, the appeal came to be dismissed.

The learned Counsel for the appellant assures to this Court that he will remove the office objections if appeal is restored, within two weeks.

Learned Counsel for the respondent vehemently opposed the application.

In view of the submission, the order passed by this Court on 14/12/2020 is hereby recalled.

The Registry is directed to restore the appeal.

After restoration of the appeal, the appellant to remove the office objections within two weeks, failing to which the appeal stands dismissed without reference to this Court.
