The present petition concerns an order of transfer, which is the subject matter of an unfair labour practice complained of before the Industrial Court at Amravati. The impugned order was passed by the Industrial Court refusing to grant any interim relief. At the hearing of the petition, learned counsel for the respondents offers to transfer the petitioner to Bhandarraj instead of Dharni at which the petitioner is currently transferred. Learned counsel for the petitioner expresses his willingness to accept the posting at Bhandarraj and offers to withdraw the complaint filed before the Industrial Court. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by consent of parties in terms of the following order:

The transfer order issued by the respondents on 30th May, 2017 shall be modified so as to transfer the

2 wp4149.17 petitioner to Bhandarraj instead of Dharni. The petitioner shall report at Bhandarraj within one week from today. The petitioner shall withdraw Complaint ULP No.48/2017 pending before the Industrial Court at Amravati and accordingly, the complaint shall be dismissed as withdrawn by the Court within a period of one week from today.
